American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc. seeks a Client Success Team Trainer to design and implement dynamic training programs for CS managers and disbursement reps. The role emphasizes automation and AI-driven methods to enhance service outcomes and efficiency.

You will lead certification prep, CEU tracking, and SOP development to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality onboarding and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or related role.
• Must obtain PFE Debt Management Professional Certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials (manuals, presentations, multimedia) with automation in mind.
• Facilitate training sessions on communication, customer service, DMP knowledge, and tools.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback.
• Create and monitor training timeframes and tasks.
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve training relevance.
• Collaborate with management to identify needs and assess impact.
• Support Training Committee and execute comprehensive programs.
• Implement automation and AI tools; train staff on ACCC CRM and client portal.
• Lead certification training and ensure CEU compliance.
• Maintain SOPs for consistency and regulatory compliance.
