Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated professionals for a remote career with upside. You will work with warm leads who already requested help on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take requested conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it fits, and maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm. Interviews are conducted on Zoom.
