Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for a remote role focused on guiding clients through financial-protection options. You will work with warm leads who have requested help and will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

The work involves taking conversations, explaining benefits simply, helping clients enroll when it is a fit, and maintaining a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are conducted on Zoom as part of a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Must be competitive, coachable, and comfortable on camera.
• Remote role with Zoom interviews.
• No cold lists; warm leads only.
