Professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

Support participation-related outreach, follow-up, and coordination activities during participation season.
Assist with participation support needs across the team during peak periods and manage follow-ups.
Respond to routine client participation questions and coordinate next steps with internal teams.
Track participation activity, open items, and follow-up needs to ensure timely resolution.
Support mailbox management, escalations, and communications related to participation and client success.
