Ventra Health, a leader in revenue cycle management, seeks a Client Success Manager for a fully remote role. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth communication and maximizing revenue collections. This position requires strong knowledge of healthcare operations and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Partnering with private practices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, Ventra delivers data-driven, transparent solutions to optimize revenue and reimbursement—allowing healthcare providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
As aClient Success Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Ventra Health and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, maximizing revenue collections, and resolving escalated issues. This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders—including physicians, practice administrators, and internal teams—to drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to review performance metrics and ensure satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
Monitor and analyze client performance data, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
Prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Oversee payor contract negotiations, compliance training, and quality programs in alignment with client agreements.
Mentor and guide junior Client Success team members (where applicable).
Assist in new client onboarding and implementation processes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Education:High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Experience:3-5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or client-facing roles.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of RCM, medical billing, and healthcare operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in workflow management software (e.g., RCM platforms, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote environment.
