American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC) is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide clients through the Debt Management Program, celebrate milestones, and provide ongoing support. You will be the trusted guide for enrollees, helping them stay on track and ultimately reach debt-free goals.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with remote-friendly options and strong benefits.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from start to finish.
• Explain Debt Management Program (DMP) structures, creditor rules, and budgeting tips.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively reach out if issues arise.
• Collaborate with Counseling, Creditor Relations, and Disbursements to resolve problems.
• Identify risks early and help improve client retention.
• Stay updated on creditor guidelines and industry updates.
• Encourage use of self-service tools to empower clients.
