Job summary

Arcana Analytics in the United States is seeking a Client Solutions / Support Associate to work directly with hedge funds and asset managers, resolving analytical and operational issues and guiding onboarding and implementation workflows.

You'll partner with portfolio managers, analysts, operations and risk teams, communicating solutions clearly and helping clients succeed with Arcana’s platform in a fast-paced, finance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance/economics/engineering backgrounds preferred.
• Experience in client-facing, analytical, or operations roles within financial services.
• Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools; familiarity with Bloomberg/FactSet/Aladdin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client questions and platform support requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across portfolio analytics, data workflows, and platform functionality.
• Support onboarding and implementation projects for hedge funds and asset managers using Arcana’s platform.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, operations, and risk teams to resolve questions.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams to investigate complex issues.
• Help improve internal support processes, documentation, and client workflows.
• Identify recurring client pain points and provide feedback to enhance platform capabilities.
• Clearly communicate solutions and analytical concepts to institutional users.
