Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Virtual Client Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will help explore financial solutions that align with personal or business goals and explain services clearly.

This remote role emphasizes outbound and inbound communication, keeping accurate notes in our CRM, and coordinating next steps with the right team members. Prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Confident and friendly communicator who works well in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working in a virtual setting.
• A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role - a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
