Description Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our high-net-worth client base. You will report directly to our Director of Financial Planning. We are looking for someone who loves client service and supporting advisors and wants to do that here for many years to come!

Responsibilities:

Schwab Account Operations - Paperwork, Move Money, Account Maintenance & Settings.

Maintain Client Data & Documents - Files & Folders (Box), CRM (Wealthbox), and other systems.

Client Calendaring - Book meetings and rescheduling through Calendly; calendar management.

Client Lifecyle - Welcome new clients to CAM and get them set up in our systems, call clients to confirm money movements and other requests, terminate client relationships in our systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Client Service Associate supporting Financial Advisors and clients.
  • 1+ years processing paperwork at a Custodian (like Schwab or Fidelity)
  • Experience maintaining client information in a CRM.
  • Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Well organized and respectful of client service standards and deadlines.
  • Thrive in a startup culture and comfortable with the ability to learn i.e. “I need help” or “I don’t know”.
  • Consistently demonstrate our core values (client service, curiosity, transparency, tenacity & rigor).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field related to Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, etc.
  • Experience working in an RIA environment and/or fee-only RIA firm.
  • Familiarity with financial services CRM’s (e.g., Wealthbox, Redtail) and Calendly.

Compensation Package:

  • Full-time W2; Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Target bonus of 5% of base salary.
