Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, concise client communication exclusively within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge support via scheduled client calls and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and perform authorized proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Immediately identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per compliance rules.
