Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume customer-facing scheduling.
• Ability to follow SOPs and scripts to ensure consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional first contact and intake for clients.
• Conduct welcome calls and verify eligibility for no-cost consulting.
• Route inbound calls to appropriate consultants.
• Escalate complex inquiries to the Intake Manager.
• Support onboarding activities to prep for initial consultant meetings.
• Record client data in Salesforce and use Slack for internal communication.
• Schedule onboarding sessions using Google Workspace and Calendly.
• Log onboarding data for reporting and quality reviews.
