Job summary

The work includes taking conversations, explaining benefit options clearly, and helping clients enroll when it is a fit. You will keep a clean follow-up rhythm, be coached by experienced peers, and have a path into leadership if you perform. Interviews are on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Willingness to engage with clients and discuss financial-protection options.
• Comfortable on camera and on Zoom interviews.
• Competitive and coachable with a results-driven mindset.
