Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales career with upside. You will engage with warm leads who have already requested help with financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take requested conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it is a fit, and keep a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are conducted on Zoom.
