Job summary

Market My Market is a fast-growing digital marketing agency delivering customized, full-service campaigns for law firms, specialty medical, and dental practices nationwide. As a Client Experience Manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of 30–40 clients, driving account strategy, upsell opportunities, renewals, and ongoing value delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Ability to discuss GBP category changes and ranking movement with clients on calls.
• Proven track record of client retention and relationship management.
• Experience building and executing organic SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies to help clients reach marketing goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and secure contract renewals through clear value demonstration.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to foster trust.
• Represent the company at client events and industry meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a 30–40 client portfolio, ensuring deliverables are met and issues are addressed.
• Coordinate with CSAs to manage content delivery, reporting, and project management.
• Track client performance metrics and present insights and recommendations.
• Provide strategic consultation based on market trends and campaign results.
• Create thoughtful client experiences and personalized gifting to strengthen relationships.
