Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; paralegal degree or certificate preferred.
• Previous law firm or contract review experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word track changes.

Responsibilities

• Review client due diligence and onboarding requests under supervision.
• Maintain a library of standard responses for client diligence requests.
• Perform a first-line review of client billing guidelines.
• Coordinate contract version control and finalization.
• Track all client contracts received and reviewed.
