• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while respecting compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, maintain SLA discipline, and perform proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags or incidents and escalate per company compliance rules.
