Assetara Limited is seeking a remote Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our team from Los Angeles. You will be the primary contact for clients, delivering professional, concierge-level account assistance within the Assetara workspace.

In this role you will manage client communications, CRM notes, and escalation workflows while complying with security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines. This is an independent contractor position with remote collaboration across the US.

Qualifications

• Provide professional, warm, and concise client communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing unnecessary personal data.
• Identify red flags, complaints, or issues outside authorized boundaries per company rules.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while strictly adhering to compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, handle SLA compliance disciplines, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate, timely, and complete client notes within the system without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Immediately identify and escalation red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries according to company compliance rules.
