• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete client notes within the system.
• Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries and escalate per compliance rules.
