AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. This role handles warm leads, discussing financial-protection options with clients who requested help. You will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take conversations, explain options simply, help clients enroll when it fits, and maintain a clean follow-up rhythm. Remote work, a written process, coaching from experienced staff, and a path into leadership if you perform.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to discuss financial‑protection options clearly.
• Comfortable presenting information on camera and via video calls.
