Job summary

A leading accounting firm in the United States is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients. This remote position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and excellent communication abilities. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger management.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Post and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Prepare and assist with month-end close procedures.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure timely financial reporting.
