The role emphasizes supervision, adherence to regulatory standards, and client-focused service.

The ideal candidate has six years of claims experience (two in supervision) and NV licensure, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers' compensation.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and coordinates with management projects.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports.
• Performs quality reviews on claims in compliance with audits and quality standards.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues.
• Maintains contact with the client and promotes a professional client relationship.
• Ensures claims staff are properly licensed in jurisdictions serviced.
• Supports the organization's quality programs.
