ResultsCX is seeking a Claims Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. You will investigate and process claims in Life Insurance and Lending lines, reviewing documents to determine outcomes and communicating status to customers and third parties.

• Ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers.
• Availability Mon-Fri, 9am–6pm EST.
• Pay starts at $17/hour in training; potential for an additional $1/hour if you work more than 35 hours a week.
