Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift.
• Log into internal systems and process claims as they come in.
• Enter and review data accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Monitor team chats and adjust workflow as needed.
• Complete tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Follow scheduled breaks and company policy.
