Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in any US state.
• Experience in complex civil litigation, construction, or professional liability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized risk management/claims avoidance guidance.
• Review contracts and conduct seminars.
• Investigate, evaluate and monitor defense of complex professional liability claims.
• Liaise with underwriters, insurers and project participants.
• Strategize defense and resolution for complex disputes.
• Manage local counsel and coordinate with stakeholders.
