Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process low level workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Develop action plans for resolution and return-to-work efforts.
• Approve and process assigned claims and administer plans per contract.
• Administer subrogation and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate claim actions with claimant and client.
• Ensure proper documentation and correct claims coding.

Education
