The role emphasizes effective negotiation and clear communication with claimants and clients. The ideal candidate has 5 years of claims experience, a high school diploma or GED, and licensing in the home state with knowledge of all states jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Home state licensing required; All states jurisdiction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze General liability and Bodily Injury claims to determine benefits and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally.
