Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Examiner for a remote, full-time role, focusing on general liability, bodily injury, property damage, and construction defect claims. The position supports a dedicated client with capped caseloads, nationwide jurisdiction scope, and CA/FL/NY emphasis.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of claims management experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and licensing.

Qualifications

• Education & licensing: 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate complex liability claims for a dedicated client with capped caseloads.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions promptly.
