Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a ClaimsXM Data Engineer III to design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Azure for enterprise data management. This remote-based role is open to candidates nationwide and emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with auditors and business teams.

You will implement ETL processes, support Enterprise DataMart/warehouse integrations, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security and SDLC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Data Engineering or equivalent
• Seven years of Data Engineering experience if no degree
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and SQL-based ETL
• Knowledge of Data Warehouses and Data Marts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and automate data processes within Azure data factory.
• Perform configuration, scripting, analysis, installation, and administration of ETL tools.
• Assist in establishing data quality measures, data cleansing and governance with DBAs and developers.
• Work with enterprise DataMart/warehouse solutions and integration points.
• Document data policies, procedures and standards using data flow tools.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business teams and auditors.
• Support SDLC and security best practices across projects.
• Provide guidance to junior Data Engineers as needed.
