Oscar Health is hiring a Claims Compliance Associate Director to lead a team of analysts handling regulatory inquiries and exams. You will ensure adherence to state and federal rules, partnering across Insurance Operations to strengthen claims compliance.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Claims Quality and Compliance and is remote for candidates in Atlanta, GA. The position offers a base pay of $134,136–$176,053 per year, with benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of claims operations and regulatory language experience.
• 5+ years of people management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory agencies and responding to inquiries.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Oscar claims processes and regulatory inquiries.
• Lead analysts focused on regulatory compliance and external responses.
• Influence departmental strategy using data and cross-functional input.
• Translate claims strategy into business plans to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Supervise and train managers and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and regulators to resolve issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
