Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Claims Case Manager to join our team in a remote-capable role. You will manage the full claims lifecycle from intake to resolution while maintaining clear, empathetic communication with claimants across multiple channels.

The position requires strong analytical capability and meticulous record-keeping. Responsibilities include causality analysis, timely updates, data-driven trend reviews, and collaboration with the team to ensure accurate payments and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an analytical role reviewing medical benefits and claims.
• 2 years of claims adjudication experience, preferably life/supplemental products.
• 4 years of experience reviewing and assessing medical records.
• Experience articulating claim requirements clearly and concisely.
• At least 1 year of remote work with proven productivity.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Claim Management: handle intake to final decision.
• Status Updates: provide frequent updates via email, phone, mail, etc.
• Document Review: review medical documents, claim forms, policy notes.
• Communication: interact with claimants with empathy and detail.
• Data Analysis: compile and analyze data for trends and root cause issues.
• Record Keeping: maintain accurate logs and reports through the lifecycle.
