Sedgwick is seeking a remote Claims Adjuster for Liability and GL & BI to join our global team. You will analyze general liability and bodily injury claims for major clients, determine benefits due, and ensure timely adjudication in line with client service expectations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing claims, negotiating settlements, communicating with claimants and clients, and coordinating with excess carriers while maintaining high standards of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: Home state required.
• Jurisdiction: All States.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to resolution by investigating and gathering information.
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity and processing with the claimant and client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions professionally.
