Job summary

A leading civil engineering firm in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to assist in the design of land development projects. Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Civil3D. This role offers flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, or in-person. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering field.
• Experience with commercial-retail projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate design engineers to achieve project goals.
• Transform initial rough product design into working construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Prepare engineering drawings to specified standards.

Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Civil3D 2018 or newer

Hydrology Hydraulics software

Excellent written communication skills

Excellent verbal communication skills

Education

B.S. in Civil Engineering

E.I.T. certification

PE preferred
