Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Site Design team in Missouri. You will perform basic design and CAD drafting, supervise drafters, and prepare project schedules, traveling to sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, EI/EIT, and at least two years of related design experience, with knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D. We offer flexible, hybrid work options and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer Intern (EI/EIT) certificate.
• 2+ years of related civil engineering design experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provides basic design elements for civil projects and Drafting.
• Performs plan production under supervision.
• Coordinates with experienced engineers on non-routine techniques.
• Gathers data, conducts basic calculations, and drafts reports.
• Mentors student interns and supports project documentation.
