Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Expertise in structural analysis, transportation design, geotechnical engineering, water resources, construction management, or infrastructure planning.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.
