Qualifications

• Fluent English and ability to write at university level.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE licensure preferred.

• Expertise in structural analysis, transportation design, geotechnical engineering, water resources, construction management, or infrastructure planning.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex engineering concepts.
