Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an attorney for a fully remote civil and commercial litigation role focused on New Jersey matters. The successful candidate will manage litigation files, draft motions, conduct depositions, and appear in state and federal court as needed.

Requirements include NJ bar admission, at least one year of civil or commercial litigation experience (including clerkships), strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle a docket with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a docket independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional maturity and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters statewide, including real estate suits and contract disputes.
• Draft and argue motions, and prepare briefs and certifications in state and federal court.
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial.
• Prepare appellate papers and argue appeals.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and case posture.
