Job summary

CodiLime, a leading software and network engineering firm, is building a global CI/CD test automation platform for a flagship router product. You will design, develop, and optimize test frameworks, automate provisioning, traffic generation, diagnostics, and regression testing using Python, pytest, PTF, sonic-mgmt, and Ansible.

You will own weekly regression runs and triage failures in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming with test automation experience.
• Proficient in pytest and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with network test tools and routing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD test automation pipelines for pre-commit PR testing and weekly regressions.
• Automate environment provisioning, traffic generation, diagnostics, and regression testing across testbeds.
• Debug failed runs by reading logs and distinguishing bugs from environment issues, documenting defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate features into test coverage.
• Extend test automation as new routing features are delivered.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up scripting, log analysis, and root cause identification.
• Coordinate issue resolution with suite owners and Dev/Test engineers.
