Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Build/Release Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or software development.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle, containers, and artifact management.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tooling, and Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities

• Frontline support for build & release systems, triage failures, manage tickets.
• Deep-dive troubleshooting for Maven, Java builds, Docker, Artifactory, Jenkins, Spinnaker.
• Escalation management with thorough analysis and clean handoffs.
• Documentation and knowledge development for FAQs and problem-solutions.
