Staffing For Doctors is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to support a busy chiropractic and multidisciplinary health practice in the United States. The role centers on complete revenue cycle management from verification to claim submission and collection.

The ideal candidate has proven chiropractic billing experience, mastery of ChiroTouch EMR, and comfort handling calls via Intermedia, collaborating with a U.S.-based team to maintain billing accuracy and financial performance.

Qualificações

• Specialty billing background in chiropractic practices.
• Hands-on experience with ChiroTouch EMR.
• Experience with Intermedia phone systems.
• Knowledge of claims submission, verification, pre-authorization workflows, and A/R management.
• Excellent English communication; US-based collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Billing Operations: submit claims, post EOBs, send patient statements.
• ChiroTouch EMR management and accurate coding.
• Payer & phone communications using Intermedia.
• Denial management and appeals to reduce aging AR.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and US practice managers to obtain docs.
