Dane Street is seeking experienced, licensed Chiropractors to join our remote team of clinical reviewers. This independent contractor role focuses on advisory medical record reviews, not direct patient care, with flexibility to customize your schedule.

Review workloads from Minnesota and beyond through a secure online portal; full remote work with compensation as a 1099 contractor; training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Current, unrestricted Minnesota chiropractic license.
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in chiropractic care.
• Experience reviewing medical records and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form.
• Experience evaluating chiropractic treatment plans, clinical documentation, and medical necessity.
• Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions.
• Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, clinical documentation, diagnostic reports, treatment records, and chiropractic care plans.
• Prepare clear and concise clinical summaries.
• Respond to client questions related to chiropractic treatment and musculoskeletal care.
• Provide evidence-based clinical opinions and advisory medical record reviews.
• Ensure reviews are objective and defensible.
