Drips.com is seeking remote Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapists to provide high-quality care to children, teens, and families. This part-time 1099 Contractor role allows therapists to focus on delivering exceptional therapy without administrative hassle. You'll have flexible scheduling with dedicated support teams. Ideal candidates will have a license to practice in Pennsylvania and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (multiple state licenses a bonus).
• 2 years of clinical experience with children, teenagers, and families.
• Availability to schedule sessions during weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy through our virtual care platform.
• Build relationships with families to make them feel supported.
• Collaborate with care managers and clinical leaders.

Skills

Evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT)

Exceptional verbal and written communication

Telehealth experience

Ability to navigate Doxy, EHR, Google Suite

Compassion and commitment

Education

Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC
