Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join Lyra Clinical Associates. You will conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and provide medication management while collaborating with a network of therapists, coaches, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required.
• Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
• Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Commitment to and familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Set your own schedule without a minimum hours requirement.
• Focus less on the administrative burden of billing with Lyra’s paperless billing and quick payment turnaround.
• Access to a custom-built calendar for new patients to connect seamlessly.
• Access to experienced clinical consultations to get rapid support with your patients as well as access a range of specialty group consultation meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management via live 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-up visits.
• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services in tandem with care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Deliver culturally responsive care within a connected network.
