Parity, a leading Web3 infrastructure company, seeks a Chief of Staff for Engineering to partner with our Founder and accelerate execution across the business. You will translate Gavin Wood's vision into clear decisions, align leaders, and shape the company’s 12–24 month roadmap.

You’ll operate with technical credibility, manage priorities, and design the leadership rhythm (OKRs, reviews) while balancing urgency and long‑term impact in a remote, global team.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering or engineering management.
• Experience leading senior-level cross-functional programs.
• Ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication with founders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Operate as founder's technical right hand, aligning priorities.
• Impose structure in fast-moving environment.
• Map second- and third-order consequences of decisions.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving with engineering leadership.
• Design and run the leadership rhythm (OKRs, reviews).
• Manage up, across, and down with C-level and Directors.
