Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
• Advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree desirable.
• Knowledge of AF Cyber/Signals Intelligence and relation to IC/USCYBERCOM.
• Experience with cyberspace operations for strategic planning, budgeting, manning, execution.
• Broad background in intelligence, program management, and cyberspace operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, analyze and recommend planning, scenario development and execution of operational level IW exercises.
• Develop and execute IW exercise scenarios and events (MSELs).
• Train JFACC and COMAFFOR staffs in air, space, and cyber power employment in joint setting.
• Lead studies or projects and negotiate recommendations involving substantial resources.
• Coordinate with Det 2 318th COG for IW exercise support and integration.
