Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the agency space with a preference for analytics or hybrid roles.
• Proven ability to run small teams and ship high-impact data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, DBT, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Apollo, the data centralization and management platform.
• Guide the agency's measurement philosophy and support it with systems.
• Directly manage a team of full-time specialists and contract labor.
