Responsibilities

• Lead AI practices and AI Community initiatives.
• Define and maintain organizational AI tooling standards.
• Manage delivery of AI projects for clients.
• Mentor teams and lead internal AI solution development.
• Provide executive oversight for proposals and technical solutioning.
• Lead client discovery and solution scoping; staff interviewing.
