Job summary

We create high-quality STEM training data for frontier AI models. We seek experts in Chemistry to design advanced problems with a single verifiable answer. Projects may involve computational chemistry and specialized software tools. Strong Python skills and clear English explanations are essential.

Role is remote, contract/part-time, 10–20 hours per week for 2 months with potential extension. Masters/PhD in Chemistry preferred; experience in computational workflows highly valued.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Chemistry or related field
• Experience in computational or quantitative chemistry workflows
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with scientific libraries
• Ability to design original, difficult problems with clear solutions
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing

Responsibilities

• Design difficult chemistry problems reflecting real workflows
• Create deterministic tasks with one correct answer and verified solutions
• Develop reasoning-intensive, computationally grounded problems
• Use Python and chemistry tools or simulation packages
• Ensure tasks are reproducible, precise, and well-documented
• Write concise technical explanations in English
