Qualifications

• Interdisciplinary teamwork in interfaith settings.
• Strong listening and communication with clients, employees and families.
• Spiritual maturity and Christian faith aligned with ministry values.
• Diplomacy and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Proficiency with Google Suites or MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interacts with companies and employees with character in work setting.
• Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly).
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues.
• Help with funerals and grief support as needed.
• Plans or attends funerals and provides follow-up support.
• May assist in post-termination care.
• Represents ministry services to clients.
• Participates in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
