Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks a Challenger 300/350 First Officer (SIC) for fully remote, field-based operations from Kinston, NC. Travel across the United States supporting the PIC in Part 135 flights with a premium passenger experience.

Must hold ATP and FAA First Class Medical, 2,000 hours fixed-wing and 250 multi-engine, passport with CANPASS eligibility, and a Challenger-type rating; strong knowledge of FAA/ICAO regs preferred.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP and current FAA First Class Medical.
• 2,000 hours fixed-wing total time and 250 hours multi-engine.
• Type rating; strong knowledge of Part 135 and FAA/ICAO regs.
• Passport and CANPASS eligibility for Canada operations.
• US work authorization with two forms of federal ID.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SIC and assist PIC with trip prep and execution.
• Conduct safe domestic Part 135 flights with emphasis on on-time performance.
• Provide high-touch passenger service: greetings, seating, briefings, and in-flight needs.
• Adhere to FARs, SOPs, and maintain currency.
• Maintain cabin readiness, security, and professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly with PIC, crew, dispatch, and passengers.
