The role offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 – $190,000 annually, with responsibilities in financial strategy, HR, and office administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in association finance.
• Minimum of five years of accounting and bookkeeping experience for not-for-profit organizations.
• Working knowledge of accounting and membership database systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s financial activities and accounting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Advise the Finance Committee and Board of Directors on financial conditions.
